Welcome to our charming new-construction home, thoughtfully designed to flexibly accommodate your group as a one-, two-, or three-bedroom retreat. We rent to only one party at a time, ensuring both comfort and complete privacy throughout your stay. When reserved as a full house (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), the home comfortably hosts up to seven guests.

The main house features a cozy library, a sunlit open kitchen and living area, two beautifully appointed bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The third bedroom and bathroom are located in the adjoining in-law suite, connected by a double-bolted interior door. This door is locked when the entire property is not rented and opened only for full-house reservations, allowing the two spaces to flow together seamlessly.

The in-law suite offers its own private exterior entrance, a lovely patio perfect for morning coffee, a comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchenette—ideal for traveling with adult children, extended family, or another couple. Guests may choose to reserve either the one-bedroom apartment or the two-bedroom, two-bath main house, depending on the size and style of their stay.

For smaller groups, the in-law suite can be booked as a stand-alone one-bedroom space. Its kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, hot plate, and microwave, providing everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
